We are Sandra Sanchez and Jesus del Moral and we are launching Chikara, an exclusive club for only 500 members chosen from around the world, train with us, be part of our team, take your abilities to the limit.
What's Chikara?
Chikara is the new project of Sandra Sanchez and Jesus del Moral, a private club by annual subscription with an exclusive capacity for 500 members. Our proposal is to carry out an exciting idea that we have had in our heads for many years: to teach and share our high competition training to a limited number of selected members at an international level.
We will do this through online broadcasts in two languages, Spanish and English. During the training sessions we will work on both the physical and technical aspects, offering you tips and advice to take your karate to the next level. You will be able to access the session in real time from anywhere and you will be able to ask your doubts and questions so that we can solve them at the end of the training.
To achieve the perfect kata we will only use three important things, the body, the mind and the spirit. In this way we will make you get excited and learn how to transmit it, turning it into something magical.
Who is this for
Chikara is aimed at all those karatekas who wish to push their limits a little further. Those who want to expand their knowledge so that their training is a method of work and thus be able to perform to the maximum in each competition.
Likewise, all the coaches will also have the support and experience that the high competition has offered us during all these years. The final merit will always be yours, all together we will form a team in which we will be able to support each other with a lot of motivation, order and illusion.

FAQs
What are the selection criteria?
The selection criteria are not exclusive, but indicative. Priority will be given to candidates over 12 years of age and above brown belt.
Will I be able to interact with you?
Yes, after each webinar there will be a question and answer session about the training with a maximum duration of 30 minutes, in which we will answer the most frequent questions of the partners. Questions will be selected based on their recurrence and popularity. There will also be additional live connections for coaching chats in which we will spend more time for you to explain your concerns.
How long are the sessions?
The training sessions will last 2 hours. This will be followed by live question and answer sessions of 30 minutes. The coaching talks will be held for a total of one hour, 30 minutes of theory and practice and 30 minutes of questions and answers.
What do I need to attend training sessions?
What you usually use in your classes, comfortable sports clothes and karategi always. In each session we will advise you of the material needed for the next event (basic elements that you may have at home, such as elastic bands, a rope, etc.). It is also important to have a good internet connection and the bigger your screen, the better you will see us.
Will I be able to watch the training sessions on tape?
Of course, all trainings will be recorded and you will be able to access them over the course of two weeks, so if you can’t attend live one day, you will be able to attend later and not miss any of them.
How will I gain access to the club?
Chikara is an online application accessible from a computer, tablet or smartphone. If you are one of the 500 selected, you will have your personal member account, your digital credential and you will be able to access by username and password as you do to any restricted area.
How much does Chikara cost?
We offer you an annual subscription with a single initial payment of 350 €. You can pay by credit card.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions will be renewed automatically every year, but if you decide not to continue with Chikara, you can always unsubscribe from your control panel, so it will not be renewed at the end of your annual period.
